You purchase a plot from the developer and our internal architect will draw up plans according to your unique needs/specifications according to the estate’s architectural guidelines. You can choose your own desired finishes.
The house will be built by one of our four building teams
We only use Energreen Designs and SDK Architects for drawing up plans and have our own building contractors
Generally, we prefer within two years from the date the purchase agreement is signed.
Minimum 6 Months – depending on house size / weather and builder’s holidays
You will be invoiced monthly on percentage completion basis through progress payments
Plot & Build options are done with 2 contacts
1st contract is to purchase the stand, once the stand registers in your name you will be responsible for levies and Municipal Rate & Taxes.
2nd Contract is the building contract with signed off architectural plans, finishing schedule and estimated completion date. As soon as the house is completed a formal handover is done which includes all documentation and guarantee certificates.

PC amounts vary from house to house and is dependable on client needs and size of the house to be built. The provisions for finishes are ample and should allow for a high-quality finished house.
